VelvaroPets offers free shipping on most orders. Some products are only available for shipping within the United States — this will be noted on the product page if it applies.

Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days from the date your order ships.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
